The sterile sampling bottle assisted coliform detection reagent provides a simple, fast, and accurate experimental scheme for qualitative and quantitative detection of total coliform, fecal (heat-resistant) coliform, and Escherichia coli.
Performance characteristics
1. Radiation sterilization treatment, in accordance with ISO11137 requirements, with a sterile assurance level (SAL) not exceeding 10-3
2. Contains 10mg sodium thiosulfate to neutralize residual chlorine in water
3. The bottle body has a water level mark to better determine the amount of water sampled
4. Sterile sampling bottles with two specifications of 100mL and 250mL
5. Each batch of sterile sampling bottles comes with a qualified certificate of sodium thiosulfate content
6. Each sterile sampling bottle can quantitatively measure 100mL/250mL of water sample and dissolve enzyme substrate reagents
7. The bottle has good permeability and can read positive results
